Mexico Authorized Economic Operator

The Authorized Economic Operator in Mexico is a program that seeks to strengthen the security of the foreign trade logistics chain through the implementation of internationally recognized minimum security standards. Under this program. certified companies such as Impulse face 1% secondary inspections versus an average of 14% for non certified

Mexico IMMEX Service Permit

Allows Impulse to Import Goods into Mexico Tax and Duty Free. The IMMEX Program allows foreign manufacturers and service providers to temporarily import materials and goods free of import duties and VAT taxes as long as the goods are exported out of Mexico.

Mexico “AAA” Certification

Allows Impulse to Import Goods into Mexico VAT Tax Free and to file a consolidated pedimento (Mexican customs entry forms) that may cover all the customs operations performed during a month’s period.

Mexico Secretariat of National Defense

The Secretariat of National Defense requires an authorization to import guns, arms, munitions, explosives, and defense equipment, as well as special military vehicles

Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism

Companies certified under the CTPAT program enjoy a Fast Track for importation into the USA. C-TPAT is a United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) initiative where participants work to protect supply chains from the concealment of terrorist weapons.

After successful careers together in international banking, industrial financing, and a 3PL joint venture, the Impulse Founders started the company with a vision of combining technology with the logistical, import/export, value added services, and financing that a foreign company would require to successfully take care of its customer’s requirements in Mexico.
